The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has officially announced the date-wise timetable for the CA Foundation, Intermediate, and Final examinations to be held in September 2025. In a circular dated 30 May 2025, ICAI declared the schedule for all three levels on its official website.

📅 Official Exam Dates

  • CA Final:
    • Group I – September 3, 6 and 8, 2025
    • Group II – September 10, 12 and 14, 2025
  • CA Intermediate:
    • Group I – September 4, 7 and 9, 2025
    • Group II – September 11, 13 and 15, 2025
  • CA Foundation:
    • Four papers scheduled on September 16, 18, 20 and 22, 2025

Note: There will be no exam on September 5, 2025 (Friday) due to the Milad-un-Nabi holiday.

The timetable is final and will not change even if any date is later declared a public holiday.

All exams begin at 2:00 PM (IST). Most papers last for three hours, except:

  • Foundation Papers 3 and 4 (2 hours)
  • Final Paper 6 (4 hours)

A 15-minute reading time (1:45 PM – 2:00 PM) is allowed for all papers except the MCQ sections of Foundation Papers 3 and 4.

🖊️ Application Process and Key Dates

ICAI has opened the exam registration window for September 2025 on its Self Service Portal (SSP). The application must be submitted online through:

Key Deadlines:

  • Form Submission Starts: July 5, 2025
  • Last Date (No Late Fee): July 18, 2025
  • Last Date (With Late Fee of ₹600 / $10): July 21, 2025
  • Correction Window: July 22 to 24, 2025

The correction window will allow candidates to change their exam city or medium only. Other details cannot be edited.

📋 Eligibility Criteria

  • CA Foundation: Must have passed Class XII or equivalent.
  • CA Intermediate: Should have passed CA Foundation or be eligible through Direct Entry Route, with required training completed.
  • CA Final: Candidates must have passed both groups of Intermediate, completed Articleship, and Advanced ICITSS.

Ensure your profile is updated with a photo and signature on the SSP portal before applying.

📍 Additional Instructions

  • Candidates must apply only via online mode. Physical forms are not accepted.
  • Log in to the SSP portal using your SRN. If you forget your password, use the “Forgot Password” option.
  • Upload scanned photo and signature as per ICAI guidelines.
  • Keep a printout of the submitted form for your records.
