SLRC Assam Announces Interview Dates for Class-IV Posts, Admit Cards Out from June 9

Guwahati, May 28, 2025 – The State Level Recruitment Commission (SLRC) for Class-IV Posts has released an important notice for candidates who qualified in the written examination. According to the official update, the oral interview and document verification will begin from June 17, 2025, in two shifts—Morning (9:00 AM onwards) and Afternoon (1:00 PM onwards).

🎫 Admit Card & Declaration Format Download

All eligible candidates can download their:

  • Interview Admit Card
  • Self-Declaration
  • Undertaking format

These documents will be available for download from 11:00 AM on June 9, 2025, through the SEBA website (now ASSEB): www.sebaonline.org.

Candidates are advised to carefully go through the instructions provided in the admit card regarding their date, time, and venue of the interview.

📄 Documents to Carry (Original + Self-attested Copy)

Candidates must bring the following documents without fail:

  1. Interview Admit Card (from SEBA website)
  2. Employment Exchange Registration Certificate
  3. Proof of Age: HSLC Admit Card or Birth Certificate
  4. Educational Certificates:
    • Read up to Class VII
    • HSLC / HSSLC Mark sheets and Pass Certificates
  5. Additional Qualification Certificates (if any)
  6. ITI Certificate (for trades like Wireman, Electrician, Fitter, etc.)
  7. Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/MOBC/Tea Tribes/Adivasi) if applicable
  8. PwBD or Ex-Servicemen Certificates (if applicable)
  9. Valid Photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport)
  10. Two passport-size photos (self-attested)
  11. Two copies each of:
    • Self-Declaration
    • Undertaking (both downloadable from the SEBA website)
